Whilst I have no problem with quality of work done, I am rather disappointed about the charges made for the work. I brought the car in to deal with a faulty drivers door cable. I was charged twice. Once to identify the problem and one to fix it.

The manner in which Barratts dealt with a frustrating problem on my relatively recently purchased vehicle which required a number of visits and retention in order to resolve was exemplary throughout the process.

We were kept fully informed of the progress of our car's check/tyre replacement and everything was carried out perfectly. The courtrsy bus into Canterbury was much appreciated, as was the fact that the car was cleaned.
