Initial experience was not particularly good, with a short road test and a not a particularly detailed explanation of all the options available. There was the feeling of pressure to purchase the car and frustration as I hadn't completed the finance.

Whilst I have no problem with quality of work done, I am rather disappointed about the charges made for the work. I brought the car in to deal with a faulty drivers door cable. I was charged twice. Once to identify the problem and one to fix it.

The staff were very helpful and were prepared to listen to us and understand what we were asking. Basically the BMW app doesn't allow us to charge our i3s to only 80%. After some debate we agreed that the buffer is 5% at the top end.

I paid over £500 and I still have the fault with the car. It doesn't make sense that you worked on the car and replaced parts which cost me over £500 and the car is exactly the same with the same fault.

Couldn't have been any better. The engineers found the problem, more involved than expected, rear sensors falling out. Parts ordered but took a day longer to arrive. Always kept informed. Thank you.

I had my 5 series booked in for an MOT, Service and a new headlight. This booking was over two bookings. The communication throughtout was far better than on previous occassions and the work was completed on time.

The service was fantastic throughout, only thing that let it down was that I was forgotten whike waiting for the shuttle bus and ended up waiting an hour and 20mins. A small issue in otherwise fantastic service

I had two new tyres fitted as part of the cars service. I discovered after departure the tyres were significantly under presured, as much as 1 Bar under and the car issued a pressure warning. I has to find a garage to inflate to correct pressure.

Good hospitality- tea and coffee available while you wait as well as a comfortable seating area. Garage also opens at 7:30am so that adds to the convenience of dropping off.

Delighted with Barrett's but their online check in service and initial booking very hit and miss and confusing ie we selected a time slot of 10.30 then received an email confirming 7am until 9am! Also several requests to book in online?

They claim prices for repair that are not for real. If you have a 10 year car in Germany is considered reasonable to service it with parts. In Canterbury UK, they will charge you 2.5 k pounds with parts costing 50-90 pounds !

Fixed the car and solved the issue. However, I dropped my car off at 8am, and was last to collect it at 5pm, without the free health check. Maybe have an am and pm drop off times. But the customer service when I was waiting was fab.

The issue was identified and resolved but I was nearly charged £140 for what was clearly a warranty issue. Had to push back in order not to be charged. Service centre did eventually cover cost but should not have been a conversation.
