The Barrats BMW centre's experience was far superior to my closest BMW centre in Maidstone. How the salesman was and how the car was revealed along with the customer service was a 100% better.

Please see my comments above. In addition Zsolt is keeping me informed of the possibility of arranging a meeting with their technical expert to run through any controls I am still learning to get to grips with on the 530e.

Matt Reed and his superiors could not do enough for us and offered us a reasonable deal on the vehicle exchange. Matt in particular was quick to respond to any queries and always helpful and courteous.

Fitting of Dash cam carried out swiftly and was looked after with refreshments whilst I worked from a desk.

I'm just a bit disappointed I was charged £216 for a software update. I feel given the situation that a smaller fee would have been more appropriate.
