Initial experience was not particularly good, with a short road test and a not a particularly detailed explanation of all the options available. There was the feeling of pressure to purchase the car and frustration as I hadn't completed the finance.

The issue was identified and resolved but I was nearly charged £140 for what was clearly a warranty issue. Had to push back in order not to be charged. Service centre did eventually cover cost but should not have been a conversation.

The usual efficient handover and pickup with the luxury of a loan car. Problem with paying the bill on my mobile phone caused some concern but it was sorted out by the next day.

The car went in for mot and oil car but needed substantially more work in the run up to Christmas. Sophie kept me posted at all times on availability/ordering of parts asked the technical team about VANOS. Kept me posted on when car would be ready.

The ambiguity of my third party warranty, so having to pay out for the work and claim it back. Surely if it's a well known warranty company you'd have this setup already on your systems. I purchased my BMW from Marshalls of Maidstone and the warrant.
