A bit disappointed about my inspection. It showed i had 4.0mm tread apart from 1 tyre at 3.9. That triggered a recommendation for a new tyre! The 1800 for 3 new wheels. Nothing mentioned about the quacking noise my charge flap makes!

When picked car up post service, developed issue with idling. Returned to dealer within 15 mins and was given a courtesy car overnight whilst issue was checked out next day. Great service as ever.

I have a minor complaint about being told I asked to have my car valued and requesting a call back. I have never done this and it happens every time I book. This time through the app where there is nowhere to select this option.

Too expensive and audio quality was too poor to understand issue that you wanted to charge £1200 for. When I complained I was not allowed to speak to the operative about to get clarification and I was not sent the transcript of the audio as requested
